Achiever Pool:- You qualified for achiever pool when you complete your stage 3, apart from the $140 (Gh¢980) cash you earn at the completion of your stage 3, you will also be given a Shopping Card worth $12.5 (Gh¢87) . And for been in Achiever Pool the minimum you can earn there is $5-(Gh¢35) and maximum is $1,000,000-(Gh¢7,000,000) Whatever stage you are, if you register any new member and you nurture the member and the member manage to complete stage 3, the person automatically qualified for Achiever pool and the ID/account you used to Sponsor such person automatically qualified for Achiever Pool too.

ACHIEVER'S POOL:- After the completion of Ruby – Stage 3 and dropping into Emerald – Stage 4, YOU AND YOUR UPLINE/SPONSOR’S account that encouraged you to finish stage 3 will qualify for Achiever’s Pool.

Achiever’s Pool is a Menu in the NRG system where you qualify to earn as much as $5-(GH₵35) to $1,000,000-( GH₵7,000,000) as more members under your matrix tree complete their own Ruby – Stage 3 to join you here. You also earn an extra incentive of a Shopping Voucher worth $12.5 (Gh¢87.5) and the system automatically upgrades your position in the business called Emerald –Stage 4.
